29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about March 19, 2025, during the installation of siding material at a job site located at 3657 Mary's Way Ave NW, Massillon Ohio 44646; the employer did not ensure that employees installing siding on a residential structure were protected from flying debris while installing siding material with air driven nail guns and hand tools. The employees were actively engaged installing material and did not utilize eye and or face protection.
