29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about January 17, 2026 during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 6229 Cherry Blossom LN, N. Canton Ohio 44720, the employer did not ensure employees working on a residential roof were protected from a fall of approximately 11.9 feet while working on a residential roof. The employees were working on all sides and edges while installing siding martial. The owner/foreman was onsite and actively working alongside the exposed employees.
