29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exist): a) 3535 Grandview Dr. MACUNGIE, PA 18062 - On or about March 20, 2025, adequate worksite exams were not conducted by a competent person. Plain view safety hazards such as but no limited to fall hazards located at the balcony level existed but were not corrected.
