Employees engaged in framing work were using chemicals such as but not limited to gasoline, which have health effects such as skin and eye irritation as well as possible organ damage. The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program. Pancho Valencia Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1703469, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2768 11th Street Lee's Summit, MO 64081.

At a job site located at 421 Hampstead Drive, Raymore, MO; Employees were exposed to, but not limited to, gasoline. Employees engaged in framing work were using the gasoline and chemicals which have health effects such as skin and eye irritation as well as possible organ damage. The employer did not compile a list of hazardous chemicals present at the job site.
