On or about March 18, 2025, at the jobsite located at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to eye injury while operating a pneumatic nail gun without wearing eye protection while installing roof shingles.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a. On or about March 18, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working on the ground, under a worker performing residential roofing operations, were not wearing hard hats to protect against falling materials and debris.  N Castro Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1604867, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 531 Vine St., Hinsdale, IL 60521.  N Castro Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1926.100(a) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518654 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 714 Tullamore CT., Schaumburg, IL 60193.
