(b) In room 5, filler machine 5 operator was exposed to hydrogen peroxide at an 8-hour TWA concentration of 2.0 mg/m3.  Sampling was performed for 477 minutes during one shift on April 29, 2025.  Zero exposure was assumed for time not sampled.  Saputo Dairy Foods USA, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1641560, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on July 20, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Industrial Drive East, Sulphur Springs, Texas 75482.
