29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   At the residential construction located at 1607 Maci Street, MO 64012: Employees were exposed to, but not limited to, chemicals associated with the roofing of a single family home. Employees engaged in the roofing work were using chemicals such as fuels and nail glue,  which can have adverse health effects such as skin and eye irritation as well as possible organ damage.  The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program.
