At a worksite located at 1607 Maci Street, Belton, MO, employees were exposed to struck by hazards to their eyes and faces. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to utilize pneumatic nail guns without the use of eye and face protection.

The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform roofing work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection. Instances of exposure include but are not limited to: 1. 4 Employees working on the structures upper roof level at heights greater than 20 feet. 2. 2 employees working on the structures lower roof level at heights greater than 14 feet.
