29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) Worksite: 20 Railroad Avenue, Building #84 West Road, Garden City, New York 11530 - A junction box used to power baseboard heating was missing a cover; on or about 3/25/25. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
