29 CFR 1910.217(b)(4)(i): Pedal mechanism(s) on mechanical power press(es)full revolution clutches were not protected to prevent unintended operation from falling or moving objects or by accidental stepping onto the pedals: (a) West interior wall - On or about March 26, 2025, the employer allowed the employees to operate the foot pedal for the press break with the foot pedal safety arm tapped in the open position, bypassing the safety features, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
