29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) At or near 161 N Woodland St., Englewood NJ - Scaffold Platform - NW Facade : Employees without proper means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards varying from approximately 10 feet to 20 feet, while engaged in siding activities from two pump jack scaffold platforms, on or about 3/26/2025. b) At or near 161 N Woodland St., Englewood NJ - Scaffold Platform - SW Facade : Employee without proper means of fall protection was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet, while engaged in siding activities from a pump jack scaffold platform, on or about 3/26/2025. Paese Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1537532, citation number 2.0, item number 1.0 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/22/22, with respect to a workplace located at 48 Highland Ave., Demarest NJ.
