Employees were required to use the table router without a bit cage or guard for wood shaping and cutting operations.  This condition exposed employees to amputation and caught-in hazards.

Employees were required to use the edge sander while the in-running pulley guard was in the open position, but missing the inside Guard Plate.  This condition exposed employees to in-running nip point hazards.

Employees were required to use compressed air for wood chip cleaning purposes.  The compressed air line pressure was set at approximately 100 psi.  This condition exposed employees to air embolism hazards that could result in serious injury.
