29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(A): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in surface conditions where the vehicle would be operated that could affect safe operation: a) Located at 215 Oneta St. Athens, GA, 30601 at the rear of the facility by the dumpster: On or about 03/27/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were not trained on the surface conditions where they operate powered industrial vehicles as there were large pieces of asphalt making the surface uneven.
