OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from automotive lifts: A) Gerry Raymond Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Brookville, on or about March 27, 2025 and times prior thereto: employees were potentially exposed to struck-by hazards while using Eagle auto lift 6. A vehicle tilted on the auto lift resulting in the vehicle falling from the lift. B) Gerry Raymond Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Brookville, on or about April 01, 2025 and times prior thereto: the locking arm on eagle lift 6 was defective and would not engage the lock of the arm.
