A vehicle tilted on the auto lift resulting in the vehicle falling from the lift.  B) Gerry Raymond Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Brookville, on or about April 01, 2025 and times prior thereto: the locking arm on eagle lift 6 was defective and would not engage the lock of the arm.
