Randolphville Rd Piscataway, NJ 08854 - A forklift operator was trailing and struck and employee who was positioned behind the Powered Industrial Truck. The employee did not keep a clear view of the path of travel. This condition exposed employee(s) struck by hazards. Incident occurred on April 1, 2025.
