29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: A) 287 S. RANDOLPHVILLE RD, PISCATAWAY, NJ 08854 - The employer failed to ensure that powered industrial truck operators loaded stable loads onto the lift forks. As a result, an operator maneuvering an electric pallet jack (PE 4500 Series) in the warehouse while loading unstable loads exposed employees to struck-by hazards. Incident occurred on September 21, 2025.
