29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a. On or about April 2, 2025, at 1030 Douglas Ave, Altamonte Springs FL: employees were exposed to a 14 foot fall hazard while conducting roofing activities on a 5:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used.

On or about April 2, 2025, at 1030 Douglas Ave, Altamonte Springs FL: the employer did not prepare and maintain a written fall protection training program certification for employees exposed to fall hazards of 14 foot while working on a 5:12 pitch roof.
