29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) On or about April 3, 2025, at worksite: The employer exposed Subcontractor employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 ft in that there was a subcontractor employee applying stucco while on the canopy of the building without the use of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) On or about April 3, 2025, at worksite: The employer exposed Subcontractor employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 ft in that there was a subcontractor employee applying stucco from the third level of a tube and coupler scaffold with the top and mid rails removed and the right side of the scaffold was missing guard rails. The Eagle Remodeling Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1703652, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on Feb 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 17075 Porter Rd. Winter Garden, FL 34787.
