29 CFR  1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(B): Exposure Control Plan. Each employer having an employee(s) with occupational exposure as defined by paragraph (b) of this section shall establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure. The Exposure Control Plan shall contain at least the following elements: The schedule and method of implementation for paragraphs (d) Methods of Compliance, (e) HIV and HBV Research Laboratories and Production Facilities, (f) Hepatitis B Vaccination and Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-up, (g) Communication of Hazards to Employees, and (h) Recordkeeping, of this standard, and  a) On or about April 3, 2025, the employer did not ensure their written exposure control plan was adequate in that it did not detail all of the employer's methods of compliance, information about Hepatitis B Vaccination, Communication of Hazards to Employees, and Recordkeeping procedures.  The Oaks of West Kettering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1783548, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on February 27, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 1150 W Dorothy Ln, Kettering, OH 45409.
