29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employees were not trained on the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area: (a) On April 4, 2025, the employer did not ensure that all employees in the production area were provided with training on the hazards of combustible agriculture dusts. Swagger Foods Corporation was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1617854, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2023, with respect to the workplace located at 900 Corporate Woods Parkway, Vernon Hills, IL 60061.
