29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about April 4, 2025, at the institutional building located at 8001 NW 5th St, Plantation, Florida, 33324, employees were exposed to an approximate 9-foot fall hazard while walking/working  on a side roof without being protected from falling.  Best Roofing Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1777866, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 3/3/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 3851 Island Club Circle East, Atlantis, Florida 33462, which became a final order on 4/1/2025.  Best Roofing Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1517187, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 8/18/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Greenway Village N. in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, 33411, which became a final order on 2/25/2022.
