29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.  On or about April 7, 2025, employees were exposed to struck by and fire hazards caused by an exit route obstructed as follows:  a. At one exit hallway, a large cardboard box and conveyor metal rods were stored along the exit route.   b. At the main office exit door, a wood pallet with 12 boxes of 6-gallon drinking water were placed in front of the exit door.   NOTE 1: Virgin Beverages, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1604835, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01-10-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 11-A Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas, VI  NOTE 2: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
