29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) In the shop area on the site located at 9655 Northeast 21st Avenue, Anthony, Florida: On or about 04/08/2025, the employer exposed employees to tripping hazards, in that, both walkways leading to the metal fabrication area from the shop area had protruding object blocking them. The left walkway was blocked by products that were ready to be distributed, and the scale used to weigh pallets. The right walkway was blocked by metal frames that were being manufactured.
