29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or before April 08, 2025,  the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees installing sheeting materials on a single-story residential home, with a roof pitch,  were not utilizing a fall protection system.  Some of the employees on the roof wore fall harnesses; however, they were not connected to the fall protection system that was installed on the roof.  This condition exposed the employees to a falls greater than 20 feet.  CYC Group LLD.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1755604, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2165 Grayside CIR, CASTLE ROCK, CO 80104.  CYC Group LLD., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1745307, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 11, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 6276 Leaping Sheep Way, LONGMONT, CO 80501.
