29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) would be met: (a)Woodland Manufacturing Co. 1936 East State Hamilton, NJ 08619: On or about 4/1/2025, the employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication program to include all the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1). Employees including but not limited to Machine Operators were required to work with hazardous chemicals including but not limited to GCMI 90 Black and, LU-4583UV. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
