29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: At the residential construction worksite located at 1101 SW Fiord Drive in Lee's Summit, Missouri: On or about 04/08/2025, Employees were exposed to, but not limited to, chemicals associated with the roofing of a single family home. Employees engaged in the roofing work were using chemicals such as fuels and nail glue, which can have adverse health effects such as skin and eye irritation as well as possible organ damage. The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program.
