29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At a temporary jobsite located at Amida Street & 93rd Terrace, Olathe, Kansas, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that employees were working with flexible cords that did not have strain relief to prevent pulling away from the joints and screws.
