Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to gasoline and titebond subfloor adhesive. The employer had not developed and implemented a hazard communication program.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: At the jobsite located at Amida Street & 93rd Terrace, Olathe, Kansas, employees were exposed to chemical hazards. Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals without being provided with information and training on how to recognize, avoid and/or eliminate the hazards associated with the gasoline as well as titebond subfloor adhesive which is known to be flammable and an irritant.
