1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: a) Machine Shop - On or about April 9, 2025, the employer failed to provide effective guarding to protect employees working at or near the Toolmex TUR560 #1 Lathe machine rotating chuck. Thereby exposing employees to rotating parts and caught-by hazards while operating the Toolmex TUR560 Lathe machine. b) Machine Shop - On or about April 9, 2025, the employer failed to provide effective guarding to protect employees working at or near the Toolmex TUR560 #2 Lathe machine rotating chuck.
