On or about April 9, 2025, at the worksite: employees were exposed eye injury hazards while using a nail gun during framing activities, in that, eye protection was not used.  b.	On or about April 9, 2025, at the worksite: employees were exposed to eye injury hazards while using a circular saw to cut 2" x 4" wood during framing activities , in that, eye protection was not used.
