29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):       On or about April 8, 2025 employees engaged in manufacturing activities were exposed to amputation hazards on the production floor of the facility located at 3721 West Mathis Street, Lincoln, Nebraska on April 8, 2025 in that the employer has employees operating the Amada Press Brake #11 to make required bends in the metal parts they are manufacturing.  The employees hold the small parts in their hands then using their foot they activate the press brake without any guarding to prevent the brake from catching their hands/fingers between the machine and the part they are holding.
