29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At the job site located at 13487 W. 35th Ct. S., Wichita, KS 67217, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented. Employees were handling gasoline, TAMKO Storm Fighter and Proline asphalt shingles. According to the Safety Data Sheets these may cause cancer, causes damage to organs through prolonged exposure, causes, skin and eye irritation. Also, gasoline is an extreme flammable liquid and vapor.  The Gustavo Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1784483, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 12-12-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 3314 North Bedford Ct. (Lot #41) Wichita, KS.  The Gustavo Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1654493, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 06-14-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2315 East 159th Cir. Wichita, KS.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At the job site located at 13487 W. 35th Ct.
