29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the jobsite located at 5950 45th court, Wichita Kansas 67052, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet from the eave to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized. John Edwards Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1732201, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 15, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 4065 Tyler Ct, Wichita KS.
