29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   At the jobsite located at 5950 45th Ct. in Wichita, Kansas, the employer failed to develop a written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented to include proper training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets, to address their chemicals such as the hazards of unleaded gasoline , which can cause  skin irritation, serious eye damage, and is flammable, and F-26 Waterproof construction adhesive, which is an eye and skin irritant, can cause central nervous system depression and cardiac sensitization.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   At the jobsite located at 5950 45th Ct. in Wichita, Kansas, employee(s) had not been provided effective information and training to recognize, evaluate, and control exposure to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to unleaded gasoline, which can cause skin irritation, serious eye damage, and is flammable, and F-26 Waterproof Construction Adhesive, which is an eye and skin irritant, can cause central nervous system depression and cardiac sensitization.
