29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location - Worksite, 5th floor deck. On or about 4/16/2025, seven employees were not protected from falling greater than 30' to lower level while working/walking on the 5th floor deck of a new commercial building.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge. Location - Worksite On or about April 16, 2025, seven employees were ascending and descending two stairwells that did not have at least one handrail. Each section of stairs had seven plus steps.
