29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the jobsite located at 9220 old Santa Fe Road, Kansas City, MO 64138, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6' while performing framing activities. Employees were observed working at heights of approximately 14 - 18 feet as they weather proofed the exterior. Employees were observed during the following instances: 1) One employee was observed working from heights of approximately 14.5 feet on the roof of the west side canopy. 2) Three employees were observed working from heights of approximately 18.4 feet on the roof of the East side canopy. Garcia Building Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1618083, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on November 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 804 E. 15th Street in Panama City, Florida . Garcia Building Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1578470, Citation 1, Item 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Hwy 59 Pedro's Tacos & Tequila Bar in Robertsdale, Alabama.
