29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about April 21, 2025, employees work with a hazardous corrosive chemical, Surf-Clean 50 Plus, when taking pH samples and handling tubing when changing out chemical totes for the wash bay and the emergency eye wash station was not available in the area for immediate use.
