All mills containing one or more machines that create dust, shavings, chips, or slivers during a period of time equal to or greater than one-fourth of the working day, were not equipped with a collecting system of sufficient strength and capacity to enable it to remove such refuse from points of operation and immediate vicinities of machines and work areas. On or about April 22, 2025, production and baler area; saw dust refuse was not removed with a dust collector with sufficient strength from the point of operation and from immediate vicinity of machines and work areas.
