Building 01483, near the entrance: On or about April 23, 2025 and at times prior to, employee(s) were performing pipefitting tasks in proximity to a Square D multi-breaker electrical panel that was not effectively, three of the bolts were missing from the cover. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to electrical hazards.
