29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a worksite located at 2210 Creek View Lane, Raymore, MO 64083, employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform framing activities at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection. Halmar Guerra was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1755643, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-2-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 300 SE Little Garden Lane, Blue Springs, MO 64046.
