29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. At a worksite located at 2204 Creek View Lane, Raymore, MO 64083, employees were exposed to struck by hazards to their eyes and faces. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to use pneumatic nail guns without the use of eye and face protection during residential framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a worksite located at 2204 Creek View Lane, Raymore, MO 64083, employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform residential framing activities at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection. Halmar Guerra was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1755643, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-2-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 300 SE Little Garden Lane, Blue Springs, MO 64064.
