29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a) On or about 04/29/2025 at the site located at 1821 Broad Street, Utica, NY: The employer had performed but not certified that periodic inspections had been accomplished on the energy control procedures for employees performing servicing and/or maintenance on various equipment, including but not limited to: TRUMPF TruMatic TC 5000 Hydraulic Punch Press (Punch 6), LORS 140 AP-DV Spot Welder, TRUMPF QuickSharp Tool Sharpener, TRUMPF TrumaBend V 130A Hydraulic Press Brake and Timesavers 2211-23-0 Belt Sander. Metals Solutions Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1542101, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/20/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1821 Broad Street, Utica, NY.
