29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 28, 2025, during the installation of roofing material at the job site located at 6328 Brecksville RD, Independence Ohio 44131; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a residential structure were protected from a fall greater than 9.1 feet above the ground. The supervisor was on site and working along side the exposed employees. JEU Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) Duty to utilize fall protection, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705383, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 27174 Limpert LN, North Olmsted 44070.
