29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation:   On or about August 06, 2025, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while installing shingles with pneumatic nail guns on a commercial roof located at 200 Laurel Lake Drive, HUDSON, OH 44236 , without wearing any form of eye or face protection.  JEU Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1821207 citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07-03-2025 with respect to a workplace located at 6328 Brecksville RD, INDEPENDENCE, OH 44131.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about August 06, 2025, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 8.3 feet while installing shingles on a commercial roof located at 200 Laurel Lake Drive, HUDSON, OH 44236, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision.  JEU Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1821207 citation number  2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/03/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 6328 Brecksville RD, INDEPENDENCE, OH 44131.  JEU Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705383 citation number 1 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 27194 Limpert Lane, NORTH OLMSTED, OH 44070.
