OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards: a) Sec8 T35N R2W SENW 1650FNL 2310FWL: On or about April 28, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating the power tongs to dislodge a sections of tubing. The tongs did not have a safety line attached at the time of the incident.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) 92 Oilmont HWY, Oilmont MT: On or about April 29, 2025, the employer failed to report a hospitalization of an employee to OSHA within 24 hours of the work related event. The hospitalization occurred on April 28, 2025 and OSHA was notified on April 30, 2025.
