The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided: a) 96 Executive Dr. Edison, NJ 08837 On or about May 3, 2025, the production floor between the Ames and the Mixers was slippery with grease, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
