29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): Unqualified employees working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, were closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section: (a) On or about 5/3/2025, at 2030 Oak Hill Road, Alpine NY 14805: Employees walking back and forth to the house were in close proximity, on multiple occasions, to a downed energized powerline that was supplied with 8,320 volts, and were exposed to shock hazards.
