29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, and flying chips: WORKSHOP/1 EASTERN STEEL ROAD, MILFORD, CT 06460: On/or about May 5, 2025, and prior to, the 160 Braner Loopco Slitter, S/N 1105M7307A, lacked guarding from the end of the threading tension stand areas, exposing employees to an ingoing nip point and pinch point.
