29 CFR 1910.213(r)(3): The point of operation on combination or universal woodworking machines was not guarded: Wood Shop: On May 9, 2025 and at times prior thereto, the point of operation of a combination drill press and milling machine was not guarded. The Grizzly model G0484 gear head mill/drill was not equipped with a guard to protect the operator from the chuck, which rotates when operating. This condition potentially exposed employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards.
