29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): Snap hooks were connected directly to webbing, rope or wire rope: a) New residential construction located on Lot #3 at 6191 New Bethany Road, Buford, GA 30515 - Roof: On or about May 5, 2025, the employer failed to ensure proper anchorage of personal fall arrest systems. Employees were exposed to fall hazards to the lower level, in that the snap hook was connected to a lifeline that was improperly secured by tying a knot around a roof truss, rather than using an appropriate anchorage point or device.
